I bought these in Italy over a year ago.
I’ve been meaning to make panna cotta, but never got around to it.
(Yes, I could make panna cotta or mousse with regular powdered gelatin, but…I wanted to use the sheets.)
Inundated with saved egg whites (because of ice cream), I decided to try my hand at homemade marshmallows.
(And yes, tiresome homeschool teachable moment was folded into it. The science of candy, mostly from here.)
They need to dry overnight. Then we’ll cut them up and dust them in the magic marshmallow mixture (cornstarch & powdered sugar)
But sorry, these gelatin sheets are purty.
