Come Meet Jesus…last copies!

June 4, 2012 by Amy Welborn

About a month ago, the very nice people at Word Among Us told me that they were putting Come Meet Jesus: An Invitation from Pope Benedict XVI out of print. The news didn’t distress me – as much as I liked the book and enjoyed writing it, I never expected it to be a perennial.  The book was based on Pope Benedict’s writings from the first few years of his papacy, time moves on, and the man produces a lot.

It served its purpose – I know from communications I’ve received that it opened a door for a few people who were not inclined to give Pope Benedict a sympathetic ear.  It was used in a few parishes as a book study, and for that I’m grateful!

They’ve shipped me the last few copies:

"amy welborn's come meet jesus"

If you want to know more about the book, go here.

And if you want to order a copy, go here. I have a few other books for sale, although not a ton. I’m not planning on reordering any and will be shutting down the bookstore (again) as soon as these are gone.   So..act now!
