I’ve been putting a lot of energy into Booked – so go over there and check out my posts if you like. I’ve talked about Wiliamsburg, Jamestown, Greenville & various aspects of Milan, including a day trip to Pavia.
(And if you “like” the blog’s Facebook page new posts appear on your Wall.)
I don’t know if I have mentioned it or not but I am now a regular columnist over at Headline Bistro – which is the Knights of Columbus news and commentary portal. My beat is Pope Benedict XVI. A couple of times a month, I take something the Holy Father has said recently and just present it to readers with a bit of context and commentary. This week, I look at his new General Audience series, which is on prayer. (And one more time – Catholic publishers say – thank you Holy Father, for handing us another ready-made book!) He’s three sessions in. This last Wednesday’s talk, in which he explored Abraham’s prayerful dialog with God over Sodom and Gomorrah, was particularly compelling and went in a different direction from what you might expect.
